Insight Global is seeking a Call Centre Representative for a 6-month contract in Canada. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experience via phone and email, handling orders, data entry, and information on pricing and delivery.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, solid communication skills, digital literacy (Excel/SharePoint), and fluency in English and French to support a bilingual customer base.
