COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our Ottawa operations. This role requires dynamic leadership, bilingual English/French communication, and at least one year of supervising experience to ensure service excellence in a fast-paced workplace.

You will train and schedule staff, manage 45-60 employees on the floor, supervise inventory, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards while contributing to store profitability through efficient operations.
