In this engaging position, you will report to the Operations Manager and be part of the Partner and Client Onboarding team. With a minimum of 2-3 years of financial industry experience, your expertise will ensure advisors receive the guidance needed during onboarding. This role demands robust communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage and facilitate onboarding for new advisors • Educate advisors on procedures and Dataphile practices • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for onboarding queries • Collaborate with internal departments for timely service • Monitor advisor progress through an Onboarding Dashboard

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 2-3 years in a financial Operations or Service role • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred • Bilingual skills in French and English are strongly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dataphile knowledge an asset
