Aviso Wealth in Canada is seeking an Onboarding Officer to join the Partner and Client Onboarding team in a fast-paced workplace. You will manage onboarding for new advisors, providing high-quality service and guiding advisors, clients and head office through procedures with care and accuracy.
You will work in French as required, with English as an asset, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and compliance with residency documentation. Occasional travel may be needed.
