Aviso Wealth is seeking a bilingual Onboarding Officer to join our Partner and Client Onboarding team in Montreal. You will manage onboarding of current advisors, ensuring high-quality service, accuracy, and adherence to service levels.

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will guide advisors through procedures, forms and Dataphile processes, becoming the subject matter expert and collaborating across operations.
