Remote Bilingual Recruiter and Talent Coordinator

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter and Talent Coordinator to remotely support our U.S. business. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across different locations and time zones.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job advertisements,



update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide candidate updates, and support hiring decisions.
- Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding documentation, recruitment reports, and other talent coordination activities.
- Support multiple open positions while meeting recruitment timelines and maintaining a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and the required second language, with robust written and verbal communication skills in both.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or recruitment coordination.
