Hootsuite is seeking a Bilingual Senior Customer Success Manager for a 12-month contract to support high-value customers in the Montreal, QC region. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth by delivering expert guidance on Hootsuite products, social media strategies, and best practices, while building executive-level relationships and leading value workshops.

You will own onboarding, mutual account plans, and regular health checks to ensure customers achieve their business goals.
