Resorts for the 2026/2027 winter season as a Bootfitter, responsible for customer boot selection, proper fittings, and promoting products to enhance guest experiences. This full-time role requires expertise in ski boots, customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Your efforts will directly contribute to sales and customer satisfaction amid a vibrant outdoor atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with boot selection and custom fitting
- Promote products based on customer needs
- Conduct inventory and maintain demo equipment
- Communicate effectively and train new employees
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent service Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Relevant ski industry experience required
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers
