Nova Scotia Health Authority in Halifax is seeking a Health Care Social Worker to join the Acquired Brain Injury team within Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services. You will provide psychosocial assessments, counselling, discharge planning and case management as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a long‑assignment, full‑time schedule with 75 hours biweekly and hourly wages of $40.18–$55.49, plus a advantages package.
