Request and track TSSA inspections Provide requested paperwork for job starts as well as TSSA inspections Communicate regularly with the head office and perform other duties as assigned Diploma in Business or Office Administration or related field A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (related industry considered an asset) Excellent customer service, project coordination and conflict resolution skills Ability to innovate and make process improvement recommendations Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle The ability to travel and work within the Downtown & Greater Toronto Area as needed based on operational requirements Company pension Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Life insurance On-site parking Bonus plans for all positions TK Elevator is an equal chance employer and is committed to diversity.
