- Supervise and mentor Building and Licensing staff
- Develop policies aligned with municipal goals
- Oversee compliance with BC Building Code
- Provide expert regulatory advice to various stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports on licensing activities Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Technology
- Level 3 Certification of Competency with BOABC
- 7 years' related technical experience
- 3 years' supervisory experience required
