Maintenance Person or Handyman - Building Operations

Part time, possibly leading to full time.

We are a small (but very busy) company looking for a full-time maintenance person to join our team. Steady work, Regular monthly pay. Some handyman knowledge in minor plumbing, heating breaks, minor electrical. light carpentry, all aspects of routine maintenance in apartments and townhouses, etc. (apartment suites/condos). Experience would be great, but we will train the right person (No experience necessary)

Some on-call evenings weekends.

Fluent filipino tagalog a definite asset

MUST HAVE: OWN TOOLS, OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE

(Daily jobs are all over the City of Edmonton, Spruce Grove so I have checked the box that says "Travel For Work 100%")

A current criminal check will also be required.
