Technician III role focuses on HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems while ensuring productive operations at our facilities. As a seasoned maintenance technician, you will oversee HVAC and plumbing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage contractors on site. Your ability to analyze testing results and maintain building systems will be crucial in optimizing our operations and ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze process water and HVAC system performance
- Conduct water treatment and consult with suppliers
- Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs




- Diagnose issues through trouble calls and develop solutions
- Perform regular inspections and organize reports for management

Requirements:

- Valid 5th Class Power Engineer certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building maintenance systems
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Familiarity with electrical control systems and safety regulations
- RCMP Reliability Status security clearance
