Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders swiftly and accurately.
- Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and service areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements





- Previous food preparation or food service experience in a rapid-paced restaurant or food industry setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory counts.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that encourages guest satisfaction.
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background preferred; serving or cashiering experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
