solution and organizational transformation; Perform organizational impact assessments and support change management activities; Coordinate business testing, functional validation and user acceptance (UAT) activities; Ensure continuity between requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption of the current platform. The profile you are looking for is as follows: Have a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in business analysis, process transformation and change management; Have significant experience in complex technology transformation or systems migration programs; Master the definition, optimization and harmonization of business processes in a context of transformation; Have experience in facilitating workshops, coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing requirements; Be familiar with change management practices and user support in a context of organizational transformation;* Experience with PLM solutions or Teamcenter (Siemens) (an asset).Apply
