Business Analyst / QA Lead

Day to Day job Duties:

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

- Lead requirements workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

- Define source-to-target mappings, data mappings, transformation rules, and integration requirements.

- Develop business process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Validate interoperability requirements between applications, platforms, vendors, and third-party systems.

- Create and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing activities.

- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.

- Validate flat file interfaces, batch processing, file transformations, and end-to-end data flows.

- Conduct data reconciliation, data validation, and defect management activities.

- Ensure full requirements traceability from business requirements through testing and production deployment.

- Collaborate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Lead.





- Strong experience with enterprise application integrations and interoperability frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

- Experience working with flat file interfaces, EDI, CSV, XML, and data exchange processes.

- Strong understanding of data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and data validation.

- Proven experience in integration testing and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or contact center integration experience.

SQL and database validation experience.

Experience testing integrations involving cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), middleware, or APIs.

Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
