What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be responsible for driving net-new business through proactive outbound sales activity. This includes identifying and researching prospects, cold calling, building relationships with key decision-makers,



managing the full sales cycle, closing new business, and developing accounts over time.

This is not a traditional account management role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys business development and is motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come in.

What we’re looking for:

- 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated success generating net-new business
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and outbound sales capabilities
- A genuine hunter mentality with the resilience to pursue and close new opportunities
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Competitive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset
- Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to grow professionally and financially
