About the Opportunity:

- We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the Global Credit Systems Solutions team within Capital Markets.
- This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, high-priority data migration initiative involving the transition of multiple business segments from one credit platform to another.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and program leadership to drive requirements gathering, data analysis, data mapping, gap analysis, transformation requirements, and testing activities throughout the migration lifecycle.
- This role is ideal for a highly analytical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst who is comfortable working with complex data, translating business needs into detailed technical requirements, and facilitating discussions between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, clarification, and review.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business and system requirements.
- Lead data analysis and detailed data mapping activities between source and target systems.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis to identify differences, impacts, and required enhancements between existing and target platforms.




- Document transformation requirements and identify data-related issues that may impact the migration.
- Assist with developing plans, estimates, and work packages for requirements-related activities.
- Validate requirements for quality, completeness, accuracy, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Translate business requirements into detailed information that enables IT teams to effectively design, develop, and test solutions.
- Partner with Business and IT Program Management teams to ensure priorities, scope, dependencies, and requirements are clearly understood.
- Review UAT test cases prepared by IT and execute BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) activities as required.
- Provide requirements clarification, defect analysis, and root-cause analysis throughout development and testing.
- Support minor data backfill activities as part of the overall IT migration plan.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for process or system improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively through written documentation, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Work within an Agile delivery workplace and actively contribute to project ceremonies and collaborative planning activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience articulating complex requirements and system functionality to both business and IT stakeholders.




- Strong experience conducting comprehensive gap analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with data mapping between systems, preferably within large-scale migration or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within an Agile methodology/environment.
- Strong ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and query data using Excel and SQL.
- Ability to read and write SQL for data analysis and requirements development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong ability to facilitate meetings and collaborative requirements sessions.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and technology partners.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
