Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Cake Decorators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for decorating cakes, with a strong focus on food safety and customer service. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for various occasions, ensuring that each creation meets our high standards of quality and presentation. As a Baker, you will support the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and preferences.
- Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing.
- Prepare cake batter and other components in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food handling guidelines.




- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during the ordering process.
- Package finished products attractively for display or delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends in cake decoration and baking techniques.
- Work in a high volume and fast paced bakery environment

Experience

- Previous experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, as interaction with clients is essential.
- Familiarity with baking processes and food preparation methods is beneficial.
- Creativity and attention to detail are crucial for producing high-quality cake designs.
