Enercare Inc. seeks a Capacity Analyst in Markham to lead end-to-end workforce capacity planning across planning horizons. You will ensure capacity supply aligns with forecasted demand through forecasting, system configuration, data integrity, scheduling optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

This role bridges planning strategy, field execution and system enablement. You will work with dispatch and workforce teams to translate demand into capacity, analyze trends and drive improvements
