The Car Wash & Vehicle Detailer is responsible for providing high-quality car washing and vehicle detailing services to residents of a luxury residential condominium. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional results while providing professional, courteous, and discreet service to residents and their guests.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to safely handle and care for a variety of high-end vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform exterior and interior car washing and detailing services for residents’ vehicles.
- Thoroughly clean and maintain vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, tire cleaning, and other detailing services as required.
- Carefully inspect vehicles before and after each service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow proper procedures when handling luxury, high-performance, and specialty vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe car wash/detailing area at all times.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained.
- Report any existing damage, unusual conditions, or concerns regarding a vehicle to the appropriate supervisor before beginning work.
- Handle residents’ vehicles with care, professionalism, and discretion.
- Provide courteous and personalized service to residents and respond appropriately to their requests.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, their vehicles, personal belongings, and any information observed while performing duties.
- Follow all condominium policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable workplace regulations.
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the parking and vehicle service areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in car washing, auto detailing, vehicle maintenance, hospitality, or a similar customer-service environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely operate car wash and detailing equipment.
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and detailing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to safely move around and work with vehicles in a busy parking environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment This position is based within a luxury residential condominium and involves working in parking garages, and vehicle service areas. The employee may be required to work around water, cleaning chemicals, vehicles, and detailing equipment.
