Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive exterior and interior vehicle cleaning using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all vehicles are handled with care
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions about services, and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including washing bays, waiting areas, and equipment storage
- Inspect vehicles post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly
- Manage cash register transactions or digital payment systems accurately and efficiently




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the washing process

Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning or customer service roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Solid attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
