About This Role

Responsible to drive Live-In Recruitment to meet the growing demands of the Business

Support retaining and developing our wonderful team. Support the People Team to run a Social Calendar of high return events including (but not limited to) Coffee Stops, Welcome Teas, Fund Raising Events, Socials and supporting with Quarterly Care Pro Meetings. Take feedback from all events and make changes as necessary

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing Care Professionals

Support and mentor all of our Care Professionals

Complete all Live-In Care Pro touch points in the first 12 weeks as per the Standard Operating Procedure

Support with supervisions, appraisals and enhanced touchpoints for all Care Professionals, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner

Any other duties a directed by your line manager

Participate in on-call duties as required. One weekend in four and one night in the week

Qualifications

- Experience managing Live In Carers
- Experience in care giving
- Ideally NVQ Level 3
- A personable, and king person who wants to make a difference
