Achēv's Employment Services (ES) division seeks an Employment Support Specialist to help clients in the Integrated Employment Services (IES) program achieve employment goals. You will provide job-search guidance, career exploration, and interview coaching in group or one-on-one settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data recording in EOIS/CaMS/CaseFLO, and adapting services to a remote delivery model when needed, in a fast-paced, outcome-driven workplace in Mississauga, Ontario.
