Duties
- Reading blueprints
- Concrete forming, Framing, Exterior work (building envelope and Siding), drywall installation, and masonry work to help build durable & beautiful structures
- Learn and preform Finishing-Carpentry techniques to achieve high-quality craftsmanship
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Contribute to rebar installation, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and other specialized trades as needed
- Moving and organizing material
- Support the setup and assembly of construction components following schematics and technical instructions
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with carpentry or woodworking is highly preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working at heights or confined spaces
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on-site
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting skilled tradespeople
