Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming blueprints and schematics into durable, high-quality structures that meet project specifications. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise craftsmanship, efficient use of tools, and a commitment to safety.

This position offers an exciting prospect to work on diverse projects, from residential restorations to new builds to extensive decks & beach stairs. We do it all.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, repair, and finish structures using hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and heavy equipment operation.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes according to project specifications.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork, framing, or other structural components.




- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience with finishing, framing, siding & drywall installation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of siding installation techniques and exterior/interior finishing processes.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Prior experience in restoration projects
