Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Shelter Case Worker in Vancouver, BC. Support homeless adults facing barriers while ensuring their basic needs in a temporary full time role. In this temporary position based at Al Mitchell Place, you’ll report to the Site Manager and provide direct support to homeless adults with needs related to housing, food, health, and more.

This role demands strong communication and organizational skills, along with familiarity in supporting individuals with addictions and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to homeless individuals
- Assess and develop tailored action plans for guests
- Refer guests to community services for ongoing support




- Maintain accurate records and statistical data
- Assist new staff members as needed Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in a related field or Grade 12 plus two years of experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
