We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for Bubble Tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining cleanliness in the café environment. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety practices in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
