Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cashier/Helper to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen spaces and serving stations, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Support food service operations by serving customers efficiently, upselling menu items, and managing time effectively during busy periods.
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times,



including proper sanitation and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer experiences.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is highly desirable.
- Robust communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
