We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end.
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,
and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize multilingual skills when necessary to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers efficiently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for maintaining store displays and stock levels.
- Ability to perform basic technology sales and product demos confidently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
- A friendly attitude with a passion for helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.
