Customer

Service & Sales Create exceptional customer experiences beginning with warm, welcoming greetings Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries effectively Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experience Share product knowledge and passion for Ralph Lauren fashion with customers Balance multiple tasks while maintaining customer service priority Process all sales transactions efficiently (cash, credit, debit, checks) Execute Ship to Home orders with precision Maintain customer profiles in POS system Ensure accurate salesperson data capture Supports the store and team in finding top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing talent. Champion company core values and policies Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs.

Ability to work a versatile schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required). Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers. #
