Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association is seeking a Personal Support Worker for the Transitional Care Centre in Toronto, ON. This casual role supports a 24-hour respite care setting with a range of shifts and a pay range of $21–$23 per hour.

Responsibilities include personal care, activity facilitation, documentation, and reporting changes in client status. Requirements: PSW certificate, 2+ years in long-term care/hospital, First Aid & CPR, and robust English communication.
