This role requires strong leadership skills to deliver Métis-specific programming and maintain compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for childcare and possess a Child Development Degree or ECE III Diploma, alongside related experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and programming at the childcare centre
