The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and lead initiatives in training, development, and employee management. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate the restaurant’s vision and inspire the culinary team




- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with team members and management
- Oversee inventory and food ordering procedures
- Promote a positive food culture and kitchen environment Requirements:
- Culinary leadership experience in catering or similar
- Post-secondary education in Culinary Arts Management
- Red Seal and food handler certification are assets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
