We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Party specializing in Pastry and Production to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and execute high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods with attention to detail and presentation.
- Lead the pastry section and assist food production
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling, storage, and preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop current pastry items and seasonal offerings that excite our guests.
- Ensure efficient workflow by organizing ingredients, packaging finished products professionally, and managing inventory levels.




- Uphold cleanliness standards through regular sanitation of workstations and equipment, following health regulations diligently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a kitchen environment with a focus on pastry, baking, or dessert preparation.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team within a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in food presentation and packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering consistent results.
- Prior experience in the food industry involving bakery or pastry production is highly desirable.
