Lead underground geology operations at Lake Shore Gold's Timmins West Mine. Utilize your expertise in geological modeling and mine planning in a full time position with a competitive salary. We are seeking a Chief Mine Geologist for our Timmins West Mine, working Monday to Friday or a 4 on, 3 off schedule.

Your role will drive geological activities, oversee grade control, and ensure accuracy in geological models. This position is critical in supporting both short and long-range mine planning efforts while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily grade control and underground geological activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee geological data collection through sampling and mapping
- Review and approve mine layouts and annual forecasts
- Develop drilling schedules and manage budget proposals Requirements:
- B.Sc in Geology and P.Geo designation
- 8-10 years of exploration and production geology experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GIS software
