Air Transat is seeking a senior Human Resources leader focused on health, safety, disability management, and attendance. The role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources and drives prevention programs, return-to-work initiatives, and compliance with health and safety legislation across Quebec and Canada.

The incumbent will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage investigations, and collaborate with unions, insurers, and service providers to optimize risk management and employee well-being.
