Join the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority as a Community Social Services Worker IV. Focus on Child and Family Service programs, working both in Fort Valuable Hope and Deline. This role emphasizes efficient program delivery, case planning, and consistent collaboration with caregivers and resources. You must have a Bachelor of Social Work and at least one year of human services experience, ideally within child and family services.

Your responsibilities will also involve familiarity with Indigenous cultural safety frameworks and child development.

Deliver

Child and Family Service programs effectively

- Collaborate regularly with foster parents and caregivers
- Maintain ongoing relationships with community stakeholders
- Implement relevant cultural safety practices and policies Bachelor of Social Work with one year experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Registration/licensing with NWT HSS as a Social Worker
- Obtain Child Protection Statutory Appointment within six months
- Satisfactory criminal records check and immunization proof
