Halton Children’s Aid Society is seeking a Child and Youth Permanency Worker (Float) to support children in care across multiple program areas. The role involves developing permanency plans, coordinating services with families, and assisting with court-related documentation.

The incumbent may work across Children in Care, Resource/Kin, Adoption, and related services, with periodic shifts based on need. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a salary range of CAD 71,842.45 to CAD
