YMCA BC seeks a dedicated Childcare Supervisor to enhance our Before & After School Programs in Vancouver and Burnaby. If you're passionate about leadership and inclusion, this is your chance! As a Supervisor, you'll lead multiple programs catering to children ages 5–12, focusing on staff coaching, community relationships, and operational excellence.

You'll ensure the delivery of our high-quality childcare services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead before and after-school programs with excellence
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and staff members
- Anticipate and solve program challenges proactively
- Provide on-site leadership across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards Requirements:
- Minimum one year of team leadership experience
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate is an asset
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to obtain Emergency First Aid & CPR certification Drive impactful childcare programs and create welcoming environments for families with YMCA BC as a Childcare Supervisor.
