Ensure labelling of invoice is accurate (document type, subtype, title, along with other data) Uploading damage photos to claims Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance Make a note of payments on claims when necessary Provide superior customer service by building and maintaining excellent relationships with our internal and external customers Adhere to all internal Claims Best Practices.

Notify claims representative if reserves are depleted Maintain workload within established guidelines and service standards and achieving the daily KPI target for invoices processed Contact medical facilities to obtain claim details Participate in bi-weekly huddles Minimum 2 years of office experience Some exposure to support functions in a claims area is an asset Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Word and Excel Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions,

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
