The Opportunity:

You’ll lead a claims team handling Commercial Liability, Auto, and Property lines, driving hiring, development, and performance across a group of adjusters and technical/admin support staff. This role offers a diverse range of experience across jurisdictions, industries, and risks, and the chance to shape a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, setting goals and balancing workloads
- Drive adjuster hiring and development to build a high-performing, client-focused team
- Guide the team through litigation, mediation,



and other legal processes as neededCommunicate proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers
- Continuously identify ways to improve team efficiency and quality using available technology
- Manage multiple priorities while recognizing coaching opportunities and positioning team members for success

What You Bring:

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related claims experience
- Experience in Commercial Auto and CGL
- CIP completion or in progress
- Appropriate licensing/certification in relevant provinces, or ability to obtain
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to interpret documentation and resolve complex claims issues
