Valid

Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brakes and a clean Driver’s Abstract.

Driving Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant commercial driving experience. Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy commercial collection vehicles and hydraulic packer systems. Strong attendance record and flexibility to support early morning start schedules and operational overtime when needed. Able to meet the physical demands of the role every shift.





Safe Fleet Operation: Safety Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily and complete required trip logs, paperwork and e-logs. Skillfully operate hydraulic and compaction systems using proper techniques to prevent equipment damage. Promptly report any mechanical write-ups, route hazards, or safety incidents to management.

Service Quality: Maintain high route productivity, customer service standards, and vehicle cleanliness.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, municipal bylaws, company safety policies, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
