GroupStrength is seeking a Client Retention Representative to engage with GroupHEALTH clients, surface concerns early, and partner with Client Experience and Client Service teams to resolve issues. You will listen, problem-solve, and build trust to keep clients engaged and satisfied with GroupStrength's employee perks solutions.

Onboarding includes a 30-day training on retention processes, followed by survey proficiency and eventual management of your own caseload, with opportunities to
