Advance your clinical expertise as a Regional Clinical Educator with Extendicare in Central East/GTA Ontario. This hybrid role combines hands-on education with administrative tasks to enhance clinical skills across long-term care homes.

The Regional Clinical

Educator delivers evidence-informed clinical education and supports both regulated and unregulated staff. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, you will partner with home leaders to assess learning needs and facilitate engaging training sessions.

Your role focuses on fostering protected practices, building staff confidence, and promoting high-quality resident care. Translate policies into practical education materials 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience

- Experience in clinical education and adult learning
- Use your expertise to enhance education and practice within Extendicare’s vibrant clinical community.
