Job#: 3051836 : Title: Clinical Assurance Analyst

Contract: 6-Month Contract

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Assurance Analyst to support the implementation and validation of digital healthcare solutions focused on clinical referrals, orders, and workflow modernization initiatives.

The successful consultant will work closely with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure healthcare solutions meet functional and clinical requirements through comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze clinical, business, and technical requirements.
- Develop, update, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into test coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects and issues.
- Support defect triage, bug review sessions, and resolution activities.
- Assist with clinical systems reviews, workflow analysis, and gap assessments.
- Support validation of referral, consult, and order management workflows.
- Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support automation testing efforts and product quality processes.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience supporting healthcare technology or clinical informatics initiatives.
- Strong experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and functional validation activities.
- Knowledge of EMRs, clinical information systems, referrals, orders, and healthcare workflows.




- Experience with defect management and testing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Health Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Previous clinical experience within healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of population health and public health initiatives.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Change management experience supporting healthcare transformation programs.
- Professional registration with a relevant healthcare regulatory body is considered an asset.
