Bethany Care Society in Calgary is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead clinical education initiatives across Bethany communities, ensuring competency and practice readiness. You will design, coordinate, and evaluate education programs with multidisciplinary teams and align with accreditation standards. You will collaborate with site leaders and Quality Practice Leaders to identify needs, monitor learning transfer, and advance a culture of continuous improvement in resident-centred care.
