Clarity Eye Institute is a growing multi-location ophthalmology practice in Ontario. We're looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinics and support our Site Managers, physicians, and clinical teams in delivering excellent patient care.

What you'll do:

- Be the go-to operational leader for our clinic locations — supporting Site Managers and Team Leads, and stepping in when day-to-day issues come up
- Oversee scheduling across clinics to keep patient flow and physician schedules running smoothly
- Support the onboarding of new physicians and optometrists, making sure they have what they need to get up and running
- Work with departments like Surgery and our Referral/Call Centre teams to keep operations consistent
- Partner with HR on staffing needs, performance issues, and building a positive team culture




- Help resolve equipment and technology issues at clinic sites, working with vendors and internal teams as needed
- Support the rollout and follow-through of clinic policies and procedures
- Track operational performance across sites and help develop solutions where issues come up

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or similar
- Experience managing multiple teams, departments, or locations
- Healthcare/clinical environment experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Robust scheduling, staffing, and workflow know-how
- Great problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
