You will provide clinical social work counselling to clients and families dealing with responsible mental illness and substance use, under supervision, within the MHSU Outreach and/or Stabilization Services programs.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, educate and support clients and healthcare professionals, and play a key role in discharge planning, liaison,
