Brixol is a fast-growing startup currently headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan expanding into the US Market.We provide software services, are actively building our own products, and also supply skilled engineers to other startups.
We’re looking for a motivated individual based in Canada or the USA to help us with outreach and cold calling.
What we’re offering:
- 20% commission on every successfully landed lead
- No fixed base salary initially (purely performance-based)
- After 2 months, based on your performance, we will offer a competitive base salary + continued commission
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone confident and comfortable with cold outreach
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Preferably with some experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (not mandatory if you’re hungry to learn and perform)
- Positive communication skills (English required)
